Forest Grove Rat Terriers is a small Rat Terrier breeding program located in Caldwell, Ohio. Owned and operated by Rhonda and Duane P., who is dedicated to preserving the Rat Terrier breed through responsible, small-scale breeding. Our focus is on preserving the Rat Terrier breed through careful planning, health-conscious breeding decisions, and early socialization. We are committed to raising confident, well-rounded puppies suited for family, performance, and working homes.
Our Breeding Philosophy
